The contest will start on Sept. 1, 2008 and end on Feb. 28, 2009. Winners will be selected by random computer drawing.

Submit your photo of a deer taken during the '08-09 hunting season and you could win the hunt of a lifetime.

**Grand Prize - 5 day archery hunt @ Timber Oaks Lodge in Hamilton County, Illinois. Food and lodging included. If a buck is taken on this hunt, the winner will also receive a free shoulder mount, a $350.00 value, from Lone Wolf Taxidermy.**

Contest Rules

1. You must be a registered Bucks2Beards.com forum member to be eligible for entry submission. The forum is free to join so what do you have to lose?!

2. This contest is open to all U.S. residents who are 18yrs. and older. (Winners must be able to provide valid I.D. for proof of age, and may be responsible for any tax incurred through winning.)

3. To participate in the contest, submit a white-tail deer photo of either sex harvested during the 2008-2009 hunting season. Pictures containing a date stamp are preferred but not required, however, proof of legal harvest and harvest record (i.e. kill tag) is mandatory on request.

4. Only one (1) picture per week, per person will be allowed. Each deer can only be entered once. No duplicate entries allowed. Size of deer is not the determining factor in winning.

5. All photos submitted are deemed property of Bucks2Beards.com and are subject to approval. Bucks2Beards.com reserves the right to modify or delete any picture entered in this contest, and to disqualify any entry. Any picture considered to be offensive will be removed from the website and disqualified from the contest.

6. Animals must be taken using legal means and methods for your hunting area, in a typical hunt setting. Hunter must follow all rules and guidelines for their state game laws. Deer found dead such as road kill, natural causes, and as a result of predation will not be allowed.

Contest is absolutely free to enter, just sign up as a forum member, and you’re all set. As your photos are submitted each picture is automatically assigned a number by the computer. At the end of the contest, the computer will randomly select five pictures by using the assigned number. Any rude or malicious behavior will not be tolerated. Persons considered to participate in misconduct will be subject to reprimand or expulsion at the discretion of the Bucks2Beards staff.

Bucks2BeardsCom will randomly select the WINNERS on Monday Evening March 7, 2009 and we will contact the lucky winner via email. The winner will have 7 days to respond to the email notification starting on March 7, 2009 and verify their winnings and shipping address. If the winner does not respond by midnight March 14, 2009, we will randomly select another entry as the winner and repeat the seven day notification and verification process.

(Grand Prize winner is responsible for transportation to and from Timber Oaks lodge, Illinois Archery permit and any other permit required by law. If and when an animal is taken on this hunt, winner is also responsible for action afterwards. i.e. field dressing, processing and taxidermy work.)
